My experience was pleasant from beginning to end. Everyone was so helpful and took the time to explain each unit installed.

My unit stopped cooling as I was leaving for work. When my wife woke and verified the house was 85 F with our kids sweating, I called the other company that I bought the unit from. They said they'd call me back when the tech was in route. 2 hours when by and nothing. I called back and they said they wouldn't be able to have anyone come out unless I was interested in after hours. I hung up and called Walkers. The tech was there in less than 1 hour and fixed the problem in 10 mins.

Walker Electric was very quick to respond to my call. The employees were all friendly and knowledgeable. We have been very pleased with their service and will definitely call them again when the need arises.

Purchased a new A/C unit. Walker Electric removed old and inserted new. Office personal and A/C specialists were easy to work with. Professional and prompt. Highly recommend.

Couldn't find the problem with the first technician, later that evening " after closing time " sent out another technician, found the problem, fixed it quickly and efficiently. Not the time of year to lose a.c. Sent out the first technician same day. Would recommend. The second technician was named Austin, great, smart, young man.

Our AC went out Saturday night.Called Walkers Monday morning.Brandon Davis (SUPER nice young man) had a new motor installed and was gone by noon!!!!!!5 stars isn't enough for such quick efficient service in today's atmosphere!!!Thank you!!!!

I Contacted WALKER ELECTRIC about a Central air unit replacement. They were prompt with their service came out the next day, looked at my old system and what it would take to replace it. I got a quote on a 3 1/2 ton unit it was $1800 less Then a 3 ton Unit identical System from another carrier dealer. When they got finished, they cleaned all the old equipment was hauled it off And Cleaned up their work area. I highly recommend that you talk to WALKER ELECTRIC if you’re in the market for a new Central air unit. Chuck Jones

Professional, friendly, communicative with good work ethic. Asked us to be sure and let them know I if we had questions or saw any issues later. Question I forgot to ask- Did you see anything I should know about under the housestanding water, washed out areas, loose insulation,evidence of animals etc ?

Could we give a 10? My goodness what more could you ask? They communicated times very well. They were prompt. They did not make and leave a mess. Their price was extremely reasonable. We had contacted others who were unable to either make the drive or do the work. Not the case with Walker electric heating and air. Awesome experience both times we have used them.

So thankful for the quick response we had from Walker! We walked in one evening to a leak on our a/c. We notified them and the next morning they were able to fix the issue and provide us with information about our unit we were not made aware of by the previous owners. This is not our first time using this company nor our last!

Had trouble with my A/C today. Offered advice over the phone and when that didn't fix the problem, sent a Tech out to fix the problem. Fast response, excellent service, GREAT Technician. Very knowledgable, polite and courteous. 5 stars isn't enough. Thank you!!

They installed our heater yrs ago for my dad.

I was very pleased with the service. The job was handled in a timely manner, the office staff was helpful, and the technicians did a great job with great customer service.

We have worked with Walker Electric for 25+ years. Everything from our home and portrait studio with electrical needs. They are timely and most efficient. Most recently we needed a most unique electric air conditioner unit for home art studio. They found exactly what we needed and had it installed within one week.

William, Walker’s technician arrived shortly after the call that he was on his way. Every business should be striving to have such a professional and knowledgeable representative for their company. I can’t tell you how pleased I am with this Company. They have always been just the very best! Today included!!! I had no AC last night! But they came and got it fixed promptly!!!! What a blessing! I highly recommend!

From the 1st call to the end result, every employee, (save one - the electrician) @ Walker Electric Inc is the one and only a/c repair & service company in the Opp/Andalusia area that: 1. Provided Immediate attention to our situation (with a combined Total of 2 service calls and then the Installation of a Carrier Weathermaker 4-ton HP in a 13-day period). 2. Provided Service with a smile and showed true Compassion, concern, and care while performing the duties of their job. 3. Provided all the answers to any questions in layman's terms, ensuring that there was a clear understanding regarding everything involved from the 1st call forward. The only reason for not rating 5-stars is due to the electrician that was called out to the house on Tuesday, 11 July. Thankfully, Felipe, the a/c technician, was able to figure out on his own without the reluctant electricians' lack of assistance why the newly installed HP kept blowing a fuse!
